By booking an appointment you agree to the following below : 
  • You must be 18 OR OLDER to get tattooed. ID required at the shop

  • You must be able to come get the tattoo by me at Tatouage Municipal 5555 De Gaspé Local 113 (unless a guest spot has been announced by me in another city)
  • No change in design. No change in size. The tattoo comes as sold. Design can be flipped if necessary.
  • The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. To move the appointment you have to notify me by email 3 days prior to the appointment or you lose the deposit. Email must be sent to philbergetattoo@gmail.com.
